The certification process for the award Top Employer
The first step in the certification process for the Top Employer award is participation in the HR Best Practices Survey. This is a comprehensive analysis of an organization’s Human Resources environment. After completing this survey, the Top Employers Institute determines which organizations reach the required standards to be certified as Top Employers. A third party then confirms these findings. Regional and global certificates offer extra recognition to employers who focus on improving the working conditions within their organization.
