Your shipment is guaranteed to be delivered on the day of delivery before 12:00. This service is available in the main cities of more than 120 countries. In Europe, your order will be delivered before 12 noon the next day.

Insurance of valuable documents and goods
When you're shipping valuable documents such as passports and visa applications, you can extend DHL's standard liability. This service ensures that in case of loss of your order, DHL will pay a fixed compensation of 500 euros to you.
You can choose for additional insurance for all your shipments with DHL Shipment Insurance. At a competitive rate (1% of the declared value with a minimum of € 11,-) your shipment is financially protected against all risks of physical shipment loss or damage.
Important information
Delivery period (transit times)
Transit times vary depending on, among other things, the size and contents of the shipment, the location, customs clearance and holidays. Transit time is from the day the courier picks up your shipment from the DHL Service Point (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Ask in the shop for the current transit times.
Prohibited items
If your shipment contains a prohibited item, it may
be delayed or stopped. You will be contacted by DHL. Prohibited items in the DHL network include items such as precious metals, cash, narcotics, etc. Learn more about prohibited items.
