Powerwomen in the picture!

Every day, our DHL women dedicate themselves to keeping our Big Yellow Machine running. We are so grateful to them for who they are and what they do. On 8 March, it was International Women’s Day, with the theme ‘Embrace Equity’. So it seemed like the perfect time to honour them.

We launched a call asking colleagues to nominate their Powerwomen. Who do they consider to be Powerwomen? Why do these women deserve to get a shout-out? The level of enthusiasm among our people was high.

An overwhelming amount of nominations!

What an overwhelming amount of nominations! So many women nominated. Fully justified too if you ask us. So the independent jury had a tough task to choose a number of winners. But as with any competition, only a few could effectively walk away with the medal.

The women below stood out, according to the judges. Their gift? A dinner with our female SMT team.

So many amazing ladies around me!
