Our application process
1. Online application
Once you've found a role you're interested in, simply click "Apply" and fill in your online application.
2. Telephone interview
If your application fits well with the requirements of the role, we'll arrange a telephone interview. This will help us to further assess your abilities and gain a better sense of who you are.
3. Personal interview
If the telephone interview goes well, we'll invite you to personal interview. You'll get the chance to talk in more depth about your skills and experiences and show us who you are.
4. Assessment center
Depending on the role, you may be invited to an assessment center.
5. Onboarding
If we offer you the job, the final stage is onboarding. You'll be asked to fill in and sign a couple of documents, including your contract. We'll then send you additional info to help you prepare for your first day.
